SIT TORQUE-FLEX® narrow “XP” high-performance belts are manufactured in accordance with European standards ISO 4184 and DIN 2215. Designed for high-speed operation on small-diameter pulleys and short center distances, they are also suitable for use in multiple V-belt drives where high shock loads and heavy loads are encountered. No special selection is required for multiple drives, as they are manufactured according to the Matchmaker® System , which ensures tighter production tolerances compared to regulatory limits.
Available with standard V-pulleys made of DIN 1691 GG20/GG25 cast iron, with solid shaft, for mounting SER-SIT® tapered bushes, preconfigured with oversized hub for self-locking units or according to customer specifications.
High-quality machining and precision ensure maximum reliability and durability in any application, including the most severe ones. For shaft diameters betweenØ 12 and Ø 140 mm.

Version with stamped and galvanized sheet metal for economical and low-load applications.
For shaft diameters between Ø 12 and Ø 35 mm. Available with type B ball bearings with lifetime lubrication for general applications.
Stainless steel versions are ideal for applications in the food and packaging sector, where environments can be very aggressive and highly humid, due to their excellent corrosion resistance.
Can be supplied with standard FDA grease. For shaft diameters between Ø 12 and Ø 50 mm.
With MUC-type ball bearings, these bearing supports are made entirely of stainless steel and withstand a wide range of operating temperaturesfrom -20°C to +120°C.
